Role Summary

Shifts Available
Day Shift: Monday - Friday; 6 am - 2:30 pm
Night Shift: Monday - Friday; 3 pm - 11: 30 pm

Role Responsibilities

• Proficient in a diverse range of hand-sewing techniques for various garment fixes
• Deep understanding of garment construction principles
• Cumptent in basic math and computer skills essential for precise measurements and digital documentation
• Adherence to rigorous safety regulations ensuring a secure working environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to upholding high-quality standards
• Dedicated to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace conducive to productivity
• Consistently meets or exceeds productivity standards while delivering exceptional results
• Utilizes scanning devices proficiently for inventory management and tracking purposes
• Willingly takes on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers to contribute to team success

Role Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• A high school degree or GED is preferred
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
• Physical Requirements: Stand and walk throughout a shift, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods, reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds, operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position

Pay

Pay Range: Starting from USD $18.00/Hr.
