We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview (maybe About the role). Responsibilities, Qualifications, Competencies (KSA's) maybe Skills. Also Salary info: we have Salary (Monthly) and Salary (Annually). Should we include Pay section? Yes, posting states salary. So include Pay section with that info. Schedule? Not given. Benefits? Not given. So only sections with real content: Overview (maybe About the role), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Competencies (Skills), Pay. Possibly also "Location" but not required heading. We should not repeat job title. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: Opening/Closing dates, Job Type, City, State Location, Department, LOCATION OF (1) POSITION(S) TO BE FILLED, criminal background check line? That's maybe metadata but could be included in a short

if we want, but instructions: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The criminal background check line is maybe minor metadata; we could drop it or include in a short p. Probably drop it as not essential? But it's substantive? It says "This position requires a criminal background check. Therefore, you may be required to provide information about your criminal history in order to be considered for this position." That's a requirement; maybe we should keep it under Qualifications? But it's not a qualification per se. Could be a note. Might be considered boilerplate? It's specific to the job. I'd include it in a short p under Qualifications or maybe a separate section "Requirements"? But we have no heading for Requirements unless we have content. Could add a short p after Qualifications. However instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include that note in Qualifications paragraph. We need to include all substantive info: Overview paragraph, Responsibilities list, Qualifications (education/experience, necessary special qualifications), Competencies (list of KSA's), Pay (salary ranges). Also maybe "Tools & Equipment" could be under Skills? But we have Competencies includes Tools & Equipment list. Could treat that as part of Competencies/Skills. We must not repeat job title as heading. No markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

    Overview ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience: ...

    Necessary Special Qualifications: ...

This position requires a criminal background check; therefore, you may be required to provide information about your criminal history in order to be considered for this position.

    Skills

    • Customer Focus
    • Decision Quality
    • Communicates Effectively
    • Collaborates
    • Instills Trust
    • Knowledges: Customer and Personal Service, Biology, Sociology and Anthropology, Psychology, English Language
    • Skills: Active Learning and Listening, Service Orientation, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Speaking, Written Comprehension, Speech Clarity, Speech Recognition, Number Facility
    • Tools & Equipment: Computer, Desk, Telephone, Cell Phone, Printer (Scanner/Copier/Fax), Electronic Scale
But we need to preserve the list exactly as posted. The Competencies (KSA's) section includes Competencies list, Knowledges list, Skills list, Tools & Equipment list. We could break into sublists but better to keep as given: maybe separate headings? But we only have Skills heading; we could embed all details inside
      with
    • items that contain the sublists. However we need to preserve all detail; we can include nested lists? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists. Could do
        • Customer Focus
        • ... etc. For Knowledges we could have
        • Knowledges: Customer and Personal Service, Biology, Sociology and Anthropology, Psychology, English Language
        • . That preserves. Pay section:

          Pay

          Salary (Monthly) $3,631.00 - $4,533.00
          Salary (Annually) $43,572.00 - $54,396.00

          Or use
. We should not include Opening/Closing dates, Job Type, City, State Location, Department, LOCATION OF (1) POSITION(S) TO BE FILLED. Also drop the line about driver standards? Actually there is a section "TN Driver Standards" with details about driver's license requirements. That is substantive: "A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required." Already mentioned under Necessary Special Qualifications? Actually Necessary Special Qualifications includes "A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required." Then later there is a detailed driver standards section. That is also substantive; we should include that info. Could include under Qualifications as another paragraph. Thus Qualifications section will have multiple paragraphs: Education and Experience, Necessary Special Qualifications (includes license), Criminal background check note, Driver standards details. Let's capture driver standards: "State of Tennessee positions that may involve driving responsibilities require candidates to meet the following minimum driver qualifications: A valid driver's licenseFor the past five years, the candidate's driver record must not have record of the following violations: driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, license suspension for moving violations, more than 4 moving violations. Please include your Driver's License Information under the Licenses and Certifications section of your application. Agencies may allow an exception based on other factors." We need to preserve that exactly. There's a missing space after license? It's "A valid driver's licenseFor". We'll keep as is. Now compile. Check for any other substantive info: "This position is located at the Anderson County Health Department." Could be location but we drop location heading. Could include in About the role paragraph? Might be okay to add a sentence about location. But we already have Overview paragraph; we could add location there. However we must not invent; we can include that sentence as part of Overview. The Overview currently: "The Nutritionist 2 determines participant eligibility for the WIC program by assessing nutrition risks, conducting nutrition counseling, assigning appropriate food packages. This role supports WIC participants in achieving their health goals by providing education on nutrition, breastfeeding, and behavior change. This class may also provide medical nutrition therapy for qualified individuals. This class differs from that of a Nutritionist 3 in that an incumbent of the latter is responsible for evaluating nutrition services, assessing community needs at a regional level, and may be assigned to supervise nutrition and breastfeeding personnel." We could add location sentence after that. But that would be adding info not originally in Overview but it's elsewhere in posting. It's substantive; we should preserve it somewhere. Could add a short p after Overview: "This position is located at the Anderson County Health Department." That's fine. Now ensure we don't repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's write:
