NUTRITIONAL SERVICES - FOOD SERVICE LIAISON

About the role

The Food Service Liaison is a customer relations specialist who educates patients about their menus, assists with ordering meals, and delivers meals to the bedside at Idaho Falls Community Hospital and Mountain View Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Orient and prepare patients for meal service
• Deliver menus to patients
• Deliver meals to the bedside
• Stock floor nutrition stations, waiting areas and doctors' lounges
• Refill and restock coffee stations
• Prepare and initial stocking lists
• Maintain current Food Handlers’ Permit
• Attend and participate in meetings

Qualifications

• High school graduate (or equivalent)
• Food Handler’s Permit (required within 90 days of employment)
