About the role
The Menu Assistant will take menus from assigned patient units and provide exceptional customer service for all patient-requested needs.
Responsibilities
- Will take patient menu selections from all assigned nursing units
- Will communicate with the Managers/Supervisors/Nurses for any special patient request or complaints
- Will communicate with each patient showing a caring customer service attitude
- Will assist in the kitchen and cafeteria when needed
- Will participate in all department meetings
- Will be considered an ESSENTIAL employee during weather/disaster emergencies and are REQUIRED to work
