Nutrition Services Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain regulatory and facility standards
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
- Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel
- Maintain standards for personnel performance and customer service
Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred
- Food handlers card or able to obtain within first week or hire
- ServeSafe Manager certified or able to obtain within first 2 months or hire
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to set priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience managing kitchen or experience working in food service and managing people
