Two openings available for a part-time Nutrition Services Cook position within the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District.

About the role

This is a part-time, benefit-eligible position working 7.75 hours per day, 5 days per week, for 9.5 months per year (204 paid days).

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Various shift hours between 5:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Pay

Hourly rate: $22.57 – $27.49 (Range 21).

Requirements

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Food Protection Manager Certificate
• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade (desirable)
• Current résumé documenting at least two years of experience cooking large quantities of food in a commercial or institutional operation
• Selected candidates must complete a DOJ/FBI LiveScan background check
• At least two professional references must be provided on the application
