Education and Experience
- Sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above
- One year experience in the preparation and serving of food in large quantities
Selection & Examination
The selection process will consist of an application screening for completeness and qualifications, a written exam (weighted 40%) and oral panel interview exam (weighted 60%). A passing score must be achieved on all exams to be placed on the eligibility list. Final selections will be made from the three highest accepting ranks off the eligibility list.
