Nutrition Services Assistant

About the role

Assists in providing high quality and nutritious foods to patients and customers through a variety of tasks necessary to the daily operation of the facility. This may include food service, food preparation, monitoring inventory, dishwashing tasks, general cleaning, and stocking of food service areas.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks related to the setup and service in the patient service area, including interacting with customers and cash handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service or similar field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
