Job Duties
- Must be available to work both AM and PM shifts as required by the SBVCC Culinary Department.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed (please note that, at times, employees may be required to work consecutive weekends).
- Assist in the dining room to support the residents as necessary.
- Prepares food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications.
- Delivers meal carts/trays to residents, washes pot and pans, assists in the preparation and the assembly of food trays and waste removal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in food services/nutrition services.
Additional Considerations
- Experience working in a long-term care facility or hospital.
