Nutrition Service Aide - Full Time First Shift

About the role

Nutrition Services Aide provides support to patients and staff by cleaning, serving patients, employees, and hospital staff. The position may require preparing food to fill in for the cook as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients and staff by cleaning and serving meals
• May prepare food to assist the cook during peak times
• Direct patient interaction required
• Works with all ages of hospital patients
• Remains on-task and works efficiently throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must complete and pass Serve Safe exam
• Works with all ages of hospital patients

Skills

• Ability to work with others of all ages in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ability to work with all levels of staff
