Nutrition Care Technician - Part Time

About the Role

HMC is looking for a Nutrition Care Tech who will utilize diet office software to obtain menu selections by assisting patients via room service phone line or hostess, ensuring both dietary restrictions and food preferences are met. As part of the Nutrition Department, you’ll contribute to patient recovery and healing by providing quality, nutritious meals in a non-medical capacity. Responsibilities

• Use diet office software to record patient menu selections.
• Assist patients with meal choices via phone or in-person hostess service.
• Ensure meals align with dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
• Engage with patients to provide a positive, supportive experience.

Schedule

24 hours per week, with shift start times varying from 6:30 AM to 11 AM. Must be available 3 days per week, including weekends.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
