Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver meal trays, assist with food preparation, and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety compliance and interact with patients regarding dietary needs.
• Lead daily operations, monitor food temperatures, and ensure adherence to healthcare food service industry standards.
• Train new and existing employees, assess training progress, and provide feedback.
• Oversee food preparation and service to meet dietary requirements and respond to dietary concerns.
• Support leadership in employee performance reviews and training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, upon hire.
• Two (2) years experience in food service.
• One (1) year hospital nutrition experience.

Pay

The posted compensation range is $17.67 - $24.96 /hour, reflecting the lowest to highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Schedule

Monday-Friday (12pm-8:30pm) Every Other Weekend, Evening Shift, Not Remote.
