We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe not a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Overview is not listed; but we can treat Overview as maybe "About the role"? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Overview is not a job title. But they gave list of possible headings; we can include Overview as maybe not needed. However we need to preserve substantive information. The posting includes Overview paragraph, Responsibilities list, Qualifications, Compensation (Pay), Benefits mention, etc. Also includes Job Duties (duplicate of responsibilities). We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" (application instruction). Also remove "HACKENSACK MERIDIAN HEALTH (HMH) IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER ..." etc. Also remove "Our Network Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) is a Mandatory Influenza Vaccination Facility As a courtesy to assist you in your job search, we would like to send your resume to other areas..." etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Pay (compensation), Benefits (maybe mention benefits package). Also maybe Overview as a paragraph (not a heading). Could also include "About the role" heading for overview? The overview is generic but substantive. Could use

About the role

then paragraph. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for overview. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities list, we have many sentences; we can turn each into
  • . For qualifications list, we have bullet-like sentences: "High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent required", "Computer proficiency required", "1-2 years prior experience as a secretary in an acute care setting is preferred", "Interpersonal skills and functional competencies preferred". We'll make
  • each. Benefits: The posting mentions "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." That's specific enough for Benefits section. We'll make a
    • list of those items. Pay: The posting includes "Minimum rate of $18.65 Hourly" and details about compensation. We'll make a Pay section with maybe a paragraph stating the minimum rate and note about compensation factors. But we should not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting includes a lot of explanatory text about compensation; we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that explanatory text as paragraphs. However we must avoid boilerplate like "The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate..." That is substantive? It's part of compensation description. It's not boilerplate; it's specific to the posting. We should keep it. However we must ensure we don't include duplicated lines. There's also "Job Duties" section that repeats responsibilities; we should remove duplicate. We also need to remove "Overview" duplicated? Not. We'll produce:

      Pay

Minimum rate of $18.65 Hourly. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package. The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. Posted hourly rates may be stated as an annual salary in the offer and posted annual salaries may be stated as an hourly rate in the offer, depending on the level and nature of the job duties and credentials of the candidate. The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may be different than the posted rate of pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to: Labor Market Data: Compensation is benchmarked against market data to ensure competitiveness; Experience: Years of relevant work experience; Education and Certifications: Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training; Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies; Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location; Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization; Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts. In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.

But note that the benefits sentence is also in Pay paragraph; we might want to move benefits to separate Benefits section. However the instruction says include Benefits section only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does mention benefits package. So we should create a Benefits section. However the benefits sentence appears also in the Pay paragraph; we could split: keep Pay paragraph focusing on compensation details, and then Benefits section with list. Thus we need to extract benefits sentence: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." We'll create Benefits section with
      • health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, retirement benefits
      • maybe each as separate li. We must ensure we don't duplicate that sentence in Pay paragraph. So we will remove that sentence from Pay paragraph. Thus Pay paragraph will be everything up to before that sentence. Let's craft Pay paragraph: "Minimum rate of $18.65 Hourly. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts." Now Benefits section:

        Benefits

        • Health
        • Dental
        • Vision
        • Paid leave
        • Tuition reimbursement
        • Retirement benefits
We should also consider if there is a Schedule section? Not mentioned. So omit. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, network, mandatory influenza vaccination, etc. Also removed "If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" and "Job Duties" duplicate. Check for any leftover duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes many items; we kept them. Check for any "Overview" duplicate? Not.
