Nursing Technician Plus 3 -Days/No Weekends

Essential Job Functions

• Supports patients with daily living tasks, including meals, personal care, and progressive mobility.
• Affirms patients' quality of life related to nutrition, hydration, and elimination.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients according to the plan of care.
• Assists with patient elimination needs, such as ostomy care, enemas, and condom catheters.
• Maintains unit inventories of supplies and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Ensures fall risk patients have appropriate armbands, socks, and signage.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months of related experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider; Nurse Aide Certification.
