Requirements
- Must possess valid unencumbered LPN or RN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or other related healthcare setting
- Minimum of one year experience in long-term care
- Experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervise nurses and CNAs
- Manage staffing changes
- Support family inquiries and screen visitors
- Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
- Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
