About the Role

Supervises and coordinates nursing activities across patient care units, ensuring patient needs are met and evaluating care quality and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes unit work.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless care.
• Participates in staff training, guidance, and educational programs.
• Provides leadership to nursing staff and oversees patient care delivery.
• Coordinates activities across units and departments.
• Participates in planning, training, and staff development initiatives.
• Evaluates unit performance and ensures compliance with standards.
• Performs related duties to support nursing operations.

Requirements

• Academic nursing degree.
• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
