About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and ensuring patient care is of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of nurses to ensure patient care is of the highest quality.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and communication with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Experience in charge nurse or leadership roles preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
