Position Summary
Nursing Supervisor - FT Nights supervises nursing staff, assesses patient needs, and provides nursing care. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
- CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
Desired Qualifications
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Previous supervisory experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
