Nursing Supervisor, CHOC at Mission
Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director Acute Care, a Registered Nurse who provides leadership for the coordination of Clinical and Administrative activities for patients and associates on a specific shift. Accountable for the delivery of quality care, patient safety and satisfaction, and staff performance on a specific shift.
Qualifications
- Required: 1 year of supervisory experience in the healthcare industry. Four years experience in clinical specialty. Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) or BS/BA degree in a healthcare-related field. Able to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through the development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to build and establish positive relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels. Intermediate computer, spreadsheet, & database skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: 4+ years of nursing management experience in a clinical area of an acute care facility. Master of Science in Nursing or Master's degree in a health-related field from an accredited school.

Pay
Pay Range Minimum $64.34 Midpoint $85.25 Maximum $106.15 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
