Nursing Supervisor - Cath Lab F/T Day

Role Overview The Supervisor Nursing - Cath Lab is a leadership position responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services within the unit. They manage and coordinate caregiving activities, interpret policies and standards, and ensure clinical competence and compliance with regulations. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality care, and supporting the Nurse Manager or Director. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and activities in the Cath Lab.Assist in planning and evaluating clinical services and workflows.Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.Maintain clinical competence and certifications.Support a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care. Qualifications & Skills California Registered Nurse License and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale certification upon hire.One year of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in the specialty area.Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience.Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing and shared governance experience. This role is based on-site, full-time, with a day shift, and offers a pay range of $68.94 to $108.84 per hour, with potential additional compensation for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
