Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and clinical concerns.
• Cook up staffing assignments and oversee shift operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical issues during assigned shifts.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• A current RN license in New York State.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Long-Term Care facility.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
