Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and timely care.
• Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, staffing coordination, and clinical oversight.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Respond to clinical concerns and support staff with problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Minimum of one year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
