About the role
The role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the memory care unit
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations
- Develop and implement resident care plans
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in gerontology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with memory care and dementia management
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skills

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
