Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient patient flow and staffing oversight.
• Provide clinical leadership and support bedside nurses in delivering high-quality cardiovascular care.
• Escalate clinical and operational issues promptly and collaborate with physicians and ancillary teams.
• Promote evidence-based practices, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and mentor staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse license.
