Nursing Simulation Lab Tech – Full-Time

Join Joyce University's Simulation & Learning Lab team in Draper, UT. You will prepare and set up simulation labs, support scenarios, maintain labs, assist instructors and students, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the team to keep labs running smoothly, playing a vital part in training the next generation of nurses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up simulation and skills labs with equipment, manikins, supplies, and programming
• Support simulation scenarios by operating equipment, role-playing patients or family members, and providing technical assistance
• Maintain and restock labs and supply rooms after use
• Assist instructors and students in using simulation tools and medical equipment
• Monitor inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready
• Collaborate with the simulation team to keep labs running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

• A background in healthcare (CNA, Medical Assisting, EMT, or similar)
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with both people and technology
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend shifts, as needed

Qualifications

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certification (preferred but not required)
