Nursing Quality & Patient Safety Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection for pay-for-performance programs
• Review medical records to ensure quality reporting
• Train staff on quality and safety protocols
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards
• Collaborate with clinical teams to reduce risk and improve patient outcomes
• Promote high reliability and safety culture within the organization
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards
