Nursing QMA

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards.
• Serve as a supervisor to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as directed.
• Provide personal hygiene services such as bedpanning, urinal use, bathing, backrubs, shampooing, and shaving.
• Ambulate, turn, and position patients to maintain their stability.
• Assist with meal service and feeding patients as necessary.
• Monitor vital signs, test urine, and record intake and output information.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in [STATE] as a [Medication Aide].
• Maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
