Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing degree (BSN) required.
- Master of Nursing degree (MSN) preferred.
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC ®) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience in specialty required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education or a related field preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Working knowledge of Title XXII and The Joint Commission regulations.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in educational program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate ability to mentor, coach, and support professional development of nursing staff.
- Strong analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and drive improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Learning Management Systems (i.e. HealthStream®), and other educational tools.

This position will serve all age groups one year of age or greater.
Pay
$93.91 - $122.63 USD Hour
