Nursing Professional Development Associate Monday to Friday
Job Description
Designs and oversees administrative tasks related to learning management systems, including reporting, tracking compliance, communicating deficiencies, and tracking class completion.
Agregates and screens facilitator, registration, and report information, referring specific points of concern to the professional development practitioner as needed.
Suggests technology resources or processes to enhance provider and learner effectiveness and streamline compliance reporting.
Captures and coordinates orientation and onboarding activities, including new hire calendars, scheduling emails, and providing orientation resources.
Actively manages data analysis through the development of formulas, simple statistics, and graphs to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
Develops tools to support the NPD process, such as surveys and QR codes.
Maintains confidential data, including participant and program information.
Promotes collaboration with Professional Development team members to plan and execute scheduling for all professional development programs.
Engages stakeholders in developing, implementing, and evaluating continuing education activities, integrating stakeholder input to improve quality.
Ensures technical resources, training materials, and supplies for all programs are prepared in advance and recommends improvements as necessary.
Manages all employee and stakeholder inquiries with timely follow-up and responses.
Captures and supports all professional development and clinical program logistics, including learning system setup, course enrollment, space planning, catering, technology setup, materials support, completion tracking, program evaluations, contact hours support, and vendor processing.
Requirements
Associate degree in a relevant field [Preferred]
2+ years of relevant experience in the medical field [Required]
