Nursing Manager - Emergency Department

About the Role

Oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services and ensures effective implementation of policies and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the team to ensure service excellence.
• Lead the execution of divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and goals.
• Develop and implement processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
• Approve opportunities and recommendations to optimize outcomes and effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or similar organizations.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
