Schedule

PRN Shift Day

Responsibilities

• Prepares, sets up, breaks down, and cleans up for all nursing lab activities.
• Maintains laboratory equipment to ensure items are in good working condition and optimally calibrated.
• Stores, receives, and stocks equipment and supplies, assisting with lab inventory.
• Organizes and maintains clean and safe laboratory and storeroom environments.
• Ensures equipment is properly signed out and returned.

Requirements

• Must be a current AdventHealth University Student
• Must provide class schedule
• Must be enrolled at AdventHealth University in undergraduate nursing program (BSN or ASN)
• Must have completed first trimester as a nursing student at AHU
• Must be a second-year Nursing student at AHU
• Must be in good academic standing
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Skills

• Knowledge of the nursing concepts, terminology, and techniques [Required]
• Knowledge and understanding of student and faculty requirements for nursing lab procedures, skills, and safety [Required]
• Excellent organizational skills with student and faculty-oriented skills [Required]
• Excellent marketing skills with potential students visiting the Nursing Lab [Required]
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skills [Required]

Pay

$17.63 - $28.20 per hour
