About the role

This role is a unit educator and clinical nurse responsible for providing educational leadership, mentorship, and evidence-based patient care within a pediatric ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical training and curricula
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant for multidisciplinary teams
• Educate staff on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
• Deliver direct patient care across diverse age groups, including neonates to geriatrics
• Administer medications and coordinate care plans
• Monitor safety standards, report concerns, and promote a culture of safety
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain clinical skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BSN or MSN)
• At least 18 months of relevant experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• Instructor certifications (focus on safety and quality care)
