Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping functions, including cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, deodorizing, and disinfecting all areas of the facility and residents' rooms.
- Use proper cleaning solutions and techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean, in working order, and properly maintained at all times.
- Remove trash and soiled linens, ensuring proper disposal.
- Clean residents' personal equipment, such as wheelchairs, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide respectful, dignified care to all residents.
- Follow all established health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, bend, and twist without restrictions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
- Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment.
- Solid work ethic with a commitment to quality and customer service.
- Previous floor tech experience, including stripping and waxing, is a plus.
