Location: Jamestown, OH Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team at Jamestown Place Health and Rehab. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and providing exceptional care and services to our residents. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the facility, including programs and activities, in accordance with current laws and regulationsIdentify key performance indicators and establish a system to monitor and evaluate outcomesDevelop and implement processes and systems to maintain the fiscal health of the facilityLead and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly management team meetingsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, and family membersOther duties as assigned Qualifications: A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the stateBachelor’s degree in health administration preferredMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home, or other related healthcare facilityKnowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care About Us: Jamestown Place Health and Rehab is a care community designed to provide a secure, serene, and maintenance-free lifestyle for our residents.
