Nursing Education Specialist - Transplant

Role: Nursing Education Specialist (NES) Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for Nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and competency programs.Serve as a learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, and advocate for Nursing Professional Development.Partner in practice transitions and promote scientific inquiry within the nursing team. Qualifications & Skills Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing or healthcare/education-related field; nursing education preferred.Experience in educational programming and demonstrated teaching skills.Current RN license and basic Life Support (BLS) recommended.Transplant experience and nursing certification in professional development preferred.Willingness to complete degree requirements within six months if necessary. Key Duties & Requirements Collaborate with staff to enhance nursing education and practice.Eligible for TN sponsorship with required licensure and certification.Exempt role with full-time schedule, daytime hours, and no weekends or call.
