Nursing Clinical Faculty - Full Time Days

Seeking a full-time Nursing Faculty member to mentor and instruct nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings. Serve as a mentor, role model, and facilitator to support student learning and success.Apply teaching skills using diverse methodologies to ensure students achieve prescribed learning outcomes.Participate in course and curriculum assessment, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.Utilize innovative technologies, such as Simulation and Innovation Labs, to enhance education.Maintain scholarly activities and engage in professional growth and service per university policies.If involved in clinical instruction, assume responsibility for student safety, clinical expectations, and performance assessments.Provide immediate and ongoing feedback on clinical performance and ensure alignment with clinical objectives. Qualifications Include Minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.At least one year of experience in the field of teaching.Master’s degree in nursing and a valid professional nurse license.Experience with online learning management systems and compliance with regulatory standards.
