This entry-level position provides hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents while preparing for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

Responsibilities

• Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
• Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision
• Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
• Passion for healthcare and a desire to learn and grow in a Long-Term Care setting
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with both residents and healthcare teams
