Position Overview

Nurse Aide in Training (CNA Program)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid residents with comfort and basic daily needs under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Support RNs and LPNs in delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Learn essential patient care skills through hands-on training and mentorship
• Build relationships with residents and contribute to a positive, supportive environment
• Participate in training designed to prepare you for the CNA certification exam

Qualifications / Requirements

• Basic patient care competency skills (training provided)
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role
• No prior CNA certification required
