Position Overview
Nurse Aide in Training (CNA Program)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid residents with comfort and basic daily needs under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Support RNs and LPNs in delivering high-quality, compassionate care
- Learn essential patient care skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Build relationships with residents and contribute to a positive, supportive environment
- Participate in training designed to prepare you for the CNA certification exam
Qualifications / Requirements
- Basic patient care competency skills (training provided)
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role
- No prior CNA certification required
