Minimum Qualifications Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Hospital experience, certification as a nursing assistant preferred (maybe required based on some state requirements)Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*
