Nursing Assistant (NA) - Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital that provides world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The Nursing Assistant (NA) plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Pick up shifts at both Sylvania and Oregon locations, as needed.
• Bathing using basin-less bath products.
• Oral hygiene and oral feeding.
• Care of hair.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers.
• Aid transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment.
• Keep patients' rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student) preferred.

Pay

• $18.05 - $22 per hour based on years of experience.

Schedule

• Full-time night shift, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.
