Nursing Assistant Long Term Care

About the role

Deliver comprehensive daily care, assisting patients with personal hygiene, ADLs, and safe mobility/transfers.
Support RNs and physicians with clinical procedures and the delivery of population-specific care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, promptly reporting physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff while maintaining clean patient areas.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Memory Care experience preferred.
