Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care
About the role
SummerWood of Chanhassen is seeking Part-Time Nursing Assistants (Home Health Aide / CNA / Caregiver / Resident Assistant) to join our team. This role provides high quality personal care and services to residents to support their Personally Designed Living choices, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Assisted Living caregiving experience helpful but not required.

Pay
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.90 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
