About the role

Lexington Landing is seeking a Lead Nursing Assistant (Home Health Aide / CNA / Caregiver / Resident Assistant) to join our team. Current openings include every other weekend AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Provision of high-quality personal care and services to residents to support their Personally Designed Living choices.
• Maintain consistency with regulations and established best practices.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.90 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications and market conditions.
