Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Overview

Johanna Shores is currently seeking a full-time AM-shift Resident Assistant to support our community. This role includes working every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and assisting with resident needs to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Support the needs of residents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.90 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
