HallMar Village is a joint ministry of Mercy Medical Center and Presbyterian Homes & Services. This senior living community in Cedar Rapids, IA, offers:

The Village Center features inviting living spaces, outdoor patios, courtyards, gardening areas, and walking trails. The community includes 117 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living beds, 20 memory care beds, and a 55-bed long-term and skilled care center.

Responsibilities
The Resident Assistant (Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide) provides high-quality personal care and services to residents, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living roles
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed and elder/resident-directed practice
- Skills in home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication
