We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary and duties. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have summary: "The Charles George VAMC is looking to fill a Nursing Assistant position within Community Living Center (CLC-2 - short term rehab). The Nursing Assistant provides direct care to patients - families - and staff on a regular basis in a rehabilitation care setting. The Nursing Assistant practices under the supervision of a Registered Nurse - who is accountable for assuring adherence to standards of care." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". Responsibilities: duties list. Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has Qualifications section with basic requirements, grade determinations, etc. We can combine into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably "Qualifications" section. Skills: maybe KSAs (knowledge, skills, abilities) could be Skills. Benefits: The posting includes Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, etc. Also mentions "Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional". So we can include Benefits. Pay: The posting says "Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases". That's vague but it's actual content. Should we include? It says "Competitive salary and regular salary increases". That's not placeholder like "not specified". It's actual statement. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: "Work Schedule: 8 & 12 hour day tours with weekend and holiday requirements". That's actual schedule info. So include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also not include duplicated lines. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like citizenship, experience, education, English proficiency, grandfathering, grade determinations (GS-3, GS-4, GS-5) with specifics, preferred experience, etc. Also duties list. We need to be careful not to repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
