About the role
Aids registered nurses in providing patient care by performing delegated tasks and additional specific functions.
Responsibilities
- Incorporates Hospital's Customer Service Program into patient care activities.
- Accountable to Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Trade School Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation required.
- Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Required experience in a Nursing Assistant role.
- Prior experience preferred.
Skills
- Basic Life Support certified.
