West Shores Senior Living community is a premier retirement community in Hot Springs, Arkansas, providing quality care to residents in an Independent and Assisted Living Community.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living
• Affords assistance with medication, treatments, and other care
• Encourages self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Sets up, serves meals, and cleans up afterwards
• Affords assistance with the planning and execution of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar
