Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living
• Affords assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Sets up, serves meals, and cleans up afterwards
• Affords assistance with the planning and execution of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar fields
