Nursing Admin Supervisor - Carelink, Nights - Northside
About the Role
Promotes and maintains quality patient care that ensures the safety and well-being of all patients throughout the organization on the assigned shift. Plans, directs, and coordinates with Admissions and Bed Control to facilitate patient flow, providing optimum service to all customers. Monitors bed availability and implements surge capacity measures as needed. Supervises nursing staff and coordinates staffing on a shift-to-shift basis.
Serves as the designated on-site hospital administrator after normal business hours, responsible for assessing all requests for administrator-on-call contact during the shift. Oversees all hospital activities in the absence of Administration and/or department directors. Works under the direction of the Administrator on-call to determine the activation of the disaster plan and coordinates related activities. Conducts rounds and maintains open communication with all staff.
This position requires a sound knowledge of nursing practice and exceptional leadership abilities.

Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program (Required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (Preferred).
- 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting (Required).
- Demonstrated clinical competency (Required).
Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNLC Multistate Licensure (Required).
- BCLS - Basic Life Support (Required).
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Preferred).
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Preferred).
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation (Preferred).
